27 December 2002 license no.3423 for banking activities was issued to the Bank.
 

5 November 2003 a change of the owner of the Bank "Millenium Bank" was made.
 

20 November 2003 new structure of the Board of Directors of  "Millenium Bank" was formed.
 

21 November 2003 Baidakov Mikhail Yurievich was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of "Millenium Bank" .
 

8 December 2003 Millenium Bank (CJSC) entered the Association of the Regional Banks of Russia.
 

18 February 2004 opening ceremony of the Bank "Millenium Bank" was carried out.

19 February 2004 the expanded session of the Board of Trustees of Public Organization Center of National Glory of Russia and Fund of Andrey Pervozvanniy was carried out. As a partner of the strategic programs of the Center of National Glory of Russia the Commercial Bank "Millenium Bank"  was presented.

9 March 2004 in the Georgievskiy Hall of the restaurant Danilovskiy of the Moscow Patriarchy was carried out the presentation of the Commercial Bank "Millenium Bank" .
 

25 March 2004 "Millenium Bank" was accepted in the membership of the Club of Bank Analytics.
 

1 March 2004 in the magazine "Banker" appeared the first publication of  "Millenium Bank".
 

1 June 2004 a change in the Board of Directors of the Bank was made.
 

17 May 2005 license no.077-08445-100000 of professional participants of the securities market for realization of broker activity with validity till 17 May 2008 was issued to the Bank.
 

17 May 2005 license no.077-08454-000100 of professional participants of the securities market for realization of broker activity with validity till 17 May 2008 was issued to the Bank.

31 May 2006 license no. 3423 for attraction in contributions of money resources of natural persons in rubles and foreign currency is issued to the Bank. According to the current legislation Millennium Bank (CJSC) becomes a participant of contributions insurance system.

2 April 2007 a change in the Board of Directors of the Bank was made.

15 October 2007 a change in the Board of Directors of the Bank was made.

15 November 2007 license GT no. 0002036 reg.number 11132 for carrying out of activities connected with use of data making a state secret was issued to the Bank.

21 March 2008 under the decision of the Board of Directors of FB MMVB, "Millenium Bank" is included in the structure of participants of trades of the Stock Exchange of MMVB (Report no.20 of 21 March 2008).

29 April 2008 the Federal Service of Financial Markets made a decision to issue to the Commercial Bank "Millenium Bank"  the license of the professional participant of the securities market without restriction of validity.

3 June 2008 "Millenium Bank"  is invited to join the Currency Market Section at MICEX under registration number 966.

1 October 2009 "Millenium Bank" becomes member of SWIFT Russian National Association under registration No. 686.

31 May 2010 Rus-Rating Agency awards BB- rating with stable forecast to "Millenium Bank" (Moscow).

12 August 2010 "Millenium Bank"  joins HandyBank Payment System to offer internet banking services to bank card holders.

 

22 December 2010 "Millenium Bank" begins providing services to clients on the stock market of the Russian Federation. Clients who wish to work on the stock market can sign a broking contract and open a depositary account with the Bank.

23 December 2010 After an open competition held by Open Joint-Stock Company Russian Railways (OAO RZHD) to settle contracts on placement of available cash assets in depositary accounts, "Millenium Bank"  received the right to attract cash assets of OAO RZHD in the amounts up to RUR10 bln for periods under 30 days, and up to RUR50 bln for periods over 30 days. 

24 January 2011 Vyborgsky Lending and Cash Services Office opens in Vyborg, Leningrad Region at 8 Zheleznodorozhnaya Ulitsa Lit. A. The goal of the office is to provide comprehensive financial services to passengers, including services to passengers of Allegro high-speed trains.

9 March 2011 Dolgorukovsky Auxiliary Office opens in Moscow at 2 Dolgorukovskaya Ulitsa.

21 March 2011 Nevsky Lending and Cash Services Office opened on March 21, 2011 in St.Petersburg at 72, Nevsky prospekt Lit A, room 5 N. The goal of the office is to provide financial service to St.Petersburg’s first-rate tour operator Solvex Tour.

 

23 March2011  Finlyandsky-Express Lending and Cash Services Office opened on March 23, 2011 in St.Petersburg at 6, Lenin square Lit E. This office provides a broad range of banking services.
